Thank you for shopping with EcoKitchenGoods. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days of dispatch.
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time = processing time + shipping time.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, and peak season volumes.
Please do not place an order if you need the item urgently. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code required.
For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
You can track your order at any time by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting our Contact page and sending us your order number
If your tracking number is not updating after 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
6. Where We Ship From
EcoKitchenGoods works with international suppliers to bring you quality products at the best prices. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from overseas warehouses, primarily from suppliers in Asia. This is how we are able to offer our products at such competitive prices.
This means your package will pass through US customs before final delivery. Customs clearance is included in the 8–20 business day estimate and is handled automatically — you will not be charged any customs or import fees.
7. Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days depending on which supplier fulfills each item. This is completely normal and not an error.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package if they ship separately.
8. Delays & Exceptions
The following situations may cause delays beyond our standard 8–20 business day estimate:
- US federal holidays and peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year)
- Customs clearance backlogs
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters or global logistics disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
EcoKitchenGoods is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. However we will always do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at ecokitchengoods.com/pages/contact with your order number.
We can only update addresses within 12 hours of purchase before the order enters processing. After that, we are unable to make changes.
EcoKitchenGoods is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In this case, a reshipment fee may apply.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days or your package is marked as lost by the carrier, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation and issue a full refund or free replacement within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
Marked as delivered but not received: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors
- Wait 2 business days — carriers sometimes mark as delivered early
- If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it
11. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged item immediately
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ecokitchengoods.com/pages/contact
- Include your order number and photos in your message
We will arrange a full refund or free replacement right away at no cost to you.
12. Order Did Not Arrive
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. We will:
- Open an investigation with the carrier
- Issue a full refund or send a free replacement
We ask that you wait the full 30 business days before raising a missing order claim, as international shipments can occasionally take longer during peak periods.
13. Customs & Import Duties
All prices displayed on EcoKitchenGoods are inclusive of any applicable fees. We do not charge customs or import duties on orders shipped to the United States.
In the rare event that a package is held at customs, we will work with you to resolve the situation. Customs holds are uncommon for standard consumer goods but can occasionally occur.
14. Shipping During Sales & Peak Periods
During major sale events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will keep you updated by email.
