Return & Refund Policy

At EcoKitchenGoods, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Our Return Window

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Item is defective or does not work as described
  • You received the wrong item
  • Item is significantly different from the product description or photos

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or buyer's remorse after the 30-day window has passed.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include the following in your message:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your full name and email used at checkout
  3. A clear photo or video showing the issue
  4. A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.


4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Damaged / wrong / defective items — We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement at no extra cost to you. You will not be required to return the item in most cases.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

5. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items — we cover all costs. You do not need to ship anything back in most cases.
  • For change-of-mind returns — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing.

To cancel, email us immediately at ecokitchengoods.com/pages/contact with your order number and the subject line "CANCEL ORDER."

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but our 30-day return policy still applies upon delivery.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
  3. If you've done both and still have not received it, contact us and we will investigate immediately

8. Delivery Issues

Item never arrived: If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will open an investigation and issue a full refund or resend the item at no charge.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package as lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately, no questions asked.


9. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the package and item immediately upon opening
  2. Email us within 7 days of delivery
  3. We will arrange a full refund or replacement right away
